Single Simplicity
The name “Single Simplicity” has its roots in Luke 10:41-42 – only one single truth is important: that we give our hearts to Christ, as Mary did at the feet of Jesus.
Single Simplicity provides an opportunity for single, widowed and divorced women of all ages to connect with one another and realize they are NOT ALONE in a seemingly “couples world”. Biblical truths are explored and brought to life to help solve the challenges that single women face in every day living. It is a time to come together for faith-strengthening and fellowship with those ladies who attend Chantilly Bible, as well as, those in our community.
Single Simplicity meets quarterly in one of our homes for an informal luncheon followed by a discussion on pertinent issues common to womanhood where the answers are provided through Scriptural references.
Our next meeting will be Sunday, February 10, from 1 to 3:30PM, for a luncheon and discussion at the home of Kathy Mauck. The theme for our discussion will be: "God's Gift of Friendship." Join us for the chance to examine this wonderful blessing. Discover through Biblical truths how Christ provides companionship, encouragement and accountability! Friendship subs are on the menu, please bring a "sandwich stuffing" to share.
